Are you insured?

Yes. We carry a $1M liability policy. We also carry commercial automobile insurance on our vehicles and workmans compensation for our employees. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1997. As a family owned business, we strive to offer the best in lawn care maintenance and snow removal.

What height should grass be cut at?

The ideal length would be about 3 inches in length. The type of grass that you have will impact the height as well.

What is your labor rate?

We offer the same rate for all services, $90 per man per hour per job. We do offer discounts for those contracts that have longer estimates of time.

How often do you mow?

Weekly as needed. We also use other factors in our schedule, such as weather conditions, drought conditions, client's irrigation process, etc.

How often do you sharpen the blades on your mower?

We sharpen all our blades weekly to provide our customers with the cleanest possible cut of their lawn.

What equipment do you use?

We use commercial grade equipment, including zero-turn mowers, to provide the best possible result.

How old is the equipment that you use?

All equipment is maintained regularly and replaced every 3-4 years.

When do you plow?

We offer same day service and we begin the process as 3 inches accumulates. For more information, please refer to the snow plowing contract.
